If you have sizes and an understanding of your required product, we might be able to give you an estimate over the phone or email. Do you charge for appointments?
No, our measuring and quotation service is FREE
Do you bring samples out with you?
Yes, we bring the showroom to the comfort of your home. We believe the only way to get a true idea of how a product is going to look is to view it in the environment it is going to live, so for that reason our advisors carry a large range of products and sample books.
How much do your blinds cost?
This is really a question we can’t answer simply. All our products are made to measure and unfortunately it is not as simple as one price for each product. With many different variants to a products cost (size, material, motorisation) our experts will use their experience to determine what product will best suit your budget and requirements, giving you the best value for money.
Will my blinds block the sunlight, or will I still need curtains?
This really depends on the type of product you choose. All products have different light control properties, from voile roller blinds with 95% light transmission to solid panel shutters with 1% light transmission.
Are your blackout blinds 100% blackout?
Most of the time when people talk about blackout blinds, they are talking about the fabric and how much light transmits through it. A blackout fabric will let 0% of light transmission through it but you need to remember light can bounce off surfaces so this doesn’t always mean you will have a complete black room when your blind is closed, due to light coming around the top and sides of the blind. If you are after a completely black room, we do offer a couple of complete blackout systems with headboxes and side channels to stop all light bleeding.
Do you leave your sizes?
No, the measuring and fitting service is part of our expertise and all measurements will remain for our information only.
Can I measure and fit the blinds myself?
Yes, we do offer a supply only service but would only recommend doing this if you are a very handy person. We would recommend using our measure and fitting service if you have any doubts. Although you might save a few pounds internally by doing it yourself, you could end up out of pocket in the long term with miss measures.
Can you fit blinds outside of the window recess?
Yes blinds, all blinds can be fitted inside or outside of the recess and this is something our expert advisors will talk with you about to make sure you get the perfect fit.
Are your products made to measure?
Yes, all our products are made to measure and so we strongly recommend using our measure and fitting service to ensure a perfect fit is achieved. As unfortunately any mistakes can not be altered.
Do you have a showroom?
No, we do not have a showroom. As we believe the best way to view our products is in the comfort of your own home, we bring the showroom to you.
What warranty do I get with the products?
All products come with a different length warranty, ranging from 12months to lifetime. Please ask our advisors for more detail.
Are blinds operated with cords, safe with children?
All our products are child safe and comply with BS EN 13120:2009+A1:2014 safety standards. With the curiosity of children at the forefront of design, all our products are either cordless or have cords with breakaway systems, clips and cord tidies out of reach of young children.
Can I get fabric samples?
Yes, If you require a sample please CONTACT US and we will get samples sent out to you.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
No, we do not currently offer our services outside of the UK

How do I place an order?

How long will I have to wait for my order to be fitted?
This will depend on the product you have chosen and time of year, CONTACT US for the latest lead times.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
With all our products being made to measure we can only offer 24 hours cancellation. After this time, your deposit will be non-refundable.
Can I return my order if I do not like the product?
Unfortunately, due to all products being made to measure we can not take back any products and offer refunds if you decide after instillation you don’t like them. Please take care and be sure you are happy with your product when ordering.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, to process any order we will ask for a minimum of 50% deposit, on the rare occasion we might ask for up to 100% deposit depending on value of the order.
What types of payment do you accept?
Our preferred method of payment is via bank transfer, but we do accept cash as an alternative. If you want to pay via card there is a small charge.
Do you do finance payments?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a finance option.
How long will it take to ft my order?
Fitting time depends on the type of product chosen. For a blind we would roughly estimate 15mins per window for shutters 45mins per window. For a more accurate estimate of time on your order please ask our advisors on placement of your order.
Do I need to do anything before fitting?
We kindly request you move all furniture, ornaments and valuables from the area you are having your products fitted to speed up the fitting process and prevent any damage.
